As a reviewer of Restaurant World, I had the pleasure of experiencing the mouth-watering Butcher's Feast at COTE. The prime cuts of meat were expertly cooked at the table, ensuring a meal that was both delicious and interactive. The flavors were rich and savory, leaving a lasting impression.
One of the standout dishes at COTE is the Vanilla Soft Serve with soy caramel, a surprising yet delightful combination that will leave you craving more. The attention to detail in the dishes, as well as the impeccable service, truly set COTE apart as a dining destination.

Upon entering COTE, you are greeted by a dim and sleek modern atmosphere. The interior features sleek design elements but slightly masculine touch. There is a standing bar in the middle of the space which I felt was a bit strange. For such a high end space, why do we have to wait while standing? We ordered the butchers feast and while I cannot remember all the pieces anymore, I can still remember how juicy and melty all of them were! COTE really does do a hell of a korean barbecue. I know they call it steakhouse, but lets be real. The Vanilla Soft Serve with soy caramel sounds a bit odd, but I am still dreaming of its flavor. Now, if only there was an easy way to get a reservation.

This is a tough reservation to get, and if available, take it. It is a high-level Korean BBQ with top-notch service. You won't have to cook anything. The meat is prime cut and very tasty. The hanger steak was the best and most flavorful. The Butcher's Feast is plenty for two and what they will recommend.

This place is a very special treat given the price tag however it's amazing. I hope it doesn't become an expensive chain restaurant because it was giving a small feel of that. Like in and out turnover , tourist feel. Nonetheless the food is beyond and service is impeccable. One downfall is the table size is very small and uncomfortable. Very very hard to get a reservation.

In a world filled with mediocrity, COTE Steakhouse is a beacon of hope. And well deserving of it's Michelin star rating. You feel a sense of exclusivity as you walk into the establishment, and are greeted by low lights, chic vibes, and attentive hosts. I mean it is quite difficult to get a reservation so the whole aura is fitting. FYI COTE is meant to seat parties of 4 preferably so seating for 2 is not ideal. However, they use their first and last seating to accommodate. I sent my wife in earlier while I looked for a park and she was taken to the bar and given a delicious cocktail. Impressive since many restaurants will have you waiting until the entire party has arrived. The food, the food, the food. Impeccable from start to finish. We went with the intent of ordering the butcher's feast (USDA Prime & Wagyu Beef) and it did NOT disappoint. We voiced to the waiter/cook that it was our first time and he was very detailed. As what cut we were eating, what part of the cow, how it should be cooked, how it should be eaten, and with what it should be paired with detailed! Listen, it was a FULL experience. And I was HERE for it. All in all. I will be back. And for the steak omakase. What's that? How about you book a reservation, find out and then tell me. *snickers*
